What if my flight number or time changes?Orlando Exclusive Shuttles does not receive automatic updates from airlines. If your flight details change, please update your reservation by contacting our customer service team at 407-279-0240.

How far in advance must I create my booking?We require at least 48 hours’ notice for private vehicle bookings to ensure proper scheduling. Same-day bookings must be made by calling us directly.

Will I receive a copy of my booking details?Yes, once you complete your booking online, an email with your trip details will be sent to the address you provided.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the pick-up date and time will receive a full credit for future use. Check your booking email for instructions.

Will Orlando Exclusive Shuttles provide child booster seats or infant car seats?Yes, we offer infant car seats and booster seats at no additional cost. Guests can select the option for car seats or boosters during the online reservation process or inform a customer service representative when booking by phone.

What if my ride is not here?If your driver hasn’t texted you upon arrival, contact us immediately at 407-279-0240.

What if my plane is late?Drivers monitor flight status for minor delays. If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes, contact us promptly. Airport regulations limit driver wait times to 30 minutes, so timely communication is essential.

I forgot something in the vehicle. What should I do?Call us immediately to report any lost items. While we are not responsible for belongings left behind, we will make every effort to recover them. Delivery of items may incur a small fee.

What is your wait time policy?General Pick-Ups: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Afterward, wait time charges will apply at an hourly pro-rated rate. Airport Pick-Ups: Wait time charges apply 45 minutes after flight landing.
